Welcome to Physical Education at Jefferson!
About Our PE Program.....
Middle school students at Jefferson participate in a daily physical education program designed to promote a commitment to a lifestyle of fitness. Through our program,it is hoped students will gain knowledge of, and appreciation for several sports and activities. It is also our hope that our students experience the joy and benefits of being physically fit, along with acquiring knowledge of how to maintain this fitness in adult life.
