PHILOSOPHY OF EDUCATION
1. Each individual student is unique. The way in which an individual is different are his most precious possessions; these differences should be fostered rather than discouraged.
2. All students are capable of learning in an appropriate environment.
3. A students' self-concept is central to his ability to learn.
PURPOSE OF EDUCATION
The purpose of education is to develop individuals who:
1. Think well of themselves.
2. Think well of others.
3. Feel that they are active, contributing members of their family, class and school.
4. Can be leaders or followers depending on the situation.
5. Understand that mistakes are part of the learning process.
