The District 45 Board of Education serves a diverse student body of more than 3,400 students from Villa Park, Lombard, Oakbrook Terrace, and Elmhurst. The Board of Education works together with district administration to ensure that the D45 Mission and Vision is being adopted and in practice across the district.
Under Governor Pritzker’s guidelines for Phase 4, a limited number of seats will be available for the public to attend the meeting in person. The public is strongly encouraged to participate in the meeting remotely at livestream.d45.org.For those who choose to attend the meeting in person, seating for visitors will be limited to 35 on a first come first served basis. Social distancing must be adhered to and all visitors must wear a mask. The doors will open at 6:15 p.m.
In lieu of attending in-person Board Meetings, the D45 Board of Education asks that community members submit pubic comment(s) through this form. When appropriate, the Board may direct Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Anthony Palmisano to respond to questions or concerns. Comments must be submitted prior to 4:30pm on the day of the Board Meeting. Comments submitted after 4:30pm will be read at the next meeting.
