Welcome to Westmore School

  • Welcome to Westmore Elementary School!  Westmore is the Home of the Wildcats. The school serves over 400 students from grades K-5.  Westmore Elementary believes in the WE factor - the students, staff, and families work TOGETHER to foster a positive and successful learning experience for ALL students.

Every staff member at our school is dedicated to our core values of being Kind, Respectful, Responsible, and Problem-solvers.  These values are modeled and celebrated quarterly at WE Assemblies. We know that students who develop these values will be students who make a difference in our community, nation, and world.

Westmore also strives to provide an engaging, innovative, and rigorous academic program.  Students will experience reading, math, and writers workshops, as well as, extensive use of technology through the use of Chromebooks and the Google Classroom platform.  Each of these experiences will develop our students 21st Century skills of Communication, Critical Thinking, Collaboration, Creativity, Flexibility, and Technological Literacy.

Finally, we are absolutely confident that you will find our staff and administration to be supportive and student-centered. We will continue to challenge each child at Westmore to be his/her very best, but will be supportive in this process. If you have any questions about Westmore School or any of the information stated above, please do not hesitate to contact us at 630-516-7500.
