Hello!  Welcome back to school.  My name is Margaret Gigous and I teach English to students that speak another language at home.  This year I will be working at North School in the morning and Schafer School in the afternoon.  This week I will be using this time to finalize my schedule.  Then I will be going into the classrooms in order to get to know the students better.  I will post my schedule as soon as it is finalized.

Mrs. Gigous

I started working in Villa Park School District 45 in 2004 and I have always worked with English Language Learners.  North School has always been my home school, however I currently work part time at North and Schafer Schools.  If there is anything I want you to know about me is that I really like to have fun while teaching students to be successful in school.  This includes providing interactive activities that allow students to learn the content and then asking the them to write about their experiences.  We are laughing and learning to speak English!
